Sponsorship Levels
Co-Presenting Sponsors
Pizza Hut Inc. is one of the two presenting sponsors for the 2013 parade. We are currently seeking another co-sponsor at this time. Both sponsors will enjoy the significant media exposure with company names and logos on all collateral, PR/marketing, broadcast and television syndication. In addition to name recognition, co-presenting sponsors will have numerous co-branding opportunities before, during and after the live broadcast of the parade, as well as commercial spots. Co-presenting sponsor brands will be featured in the opening or closing numbers of the parade.
Entertainment Sponsor
The entertainment sponsor will be highlighted in all press and media releases when the 2013 Parade talent is announced to the press. This sponsorship receives a private meet-and-greet with this year's entertainer and will have brand exposure during the broadcast.
Band Sponsor
Band sponsors will have the opportunity to be highlighted in all marketing materials for the parade. The sponsorship at this level will have exclusive sponsorship of all 10 marching bands in the parade. Banners with your company logo will precede each marching band and will be displayed for the television audiences.
Volunteer Sponsor
The volunteer sponsor will have exposure throughout the parade and during all volunteer training events leading up to the parade. This sponsorship helps underwrite the cost of our parade volunteer sweatshirts and will receive brand recognition on approximately 1,500 volunteer shirts and nearly 100 golf carts. A multi-year commitment is required.
Featured Float Sponsor
This year, corporate sponsors can work with our design team to incorporate their company identity into a themed float. Your company will not only be a sponsor, but a design element of the parade as well.
The design deadline is June 1. After June 1, floats will be assigned a theme and design.
Featured Balloon Sponsor
Allow your employees to become participants in the parade by sponsoring a giant inflatable balloon. As balloon handlers, employees become the tether and manipulators of the balloons. Your employees are encouraged to proudly display their company logo as a part of their uniforms.
Participant Sponsor
Sponsor a costume character or a specialty unit, such as a local performance group. Participant sponsors have the opportunity to gain exposure supporting the parade and Children's Medical Center.
Post-Parade Brunch
All sponsors have the option to purchase additional tables for the post-parade brunch at The Adolphus which includes 10 VIP parade tickets and 10 brunch tickets.
If you or your company is interested in becoming a parade sponsor, please contact Erin Clarke at 214-456-5050.
